Why these invoices are worth keeping

Done properly, without the paperwork

The things your accountant wishes you did, done for you by default.

Issued means issued

An issued invoice never changes. Fixing a mistake is a void with a reason and a fresh invoice: the number stays burned and the history stays honest.

Your details, frozen in time

Your name, address and payment instructions freeze onto each invoice when it is issued. Change banks next year and last year's invoices still say what they said. Currency, tax scheme and numbering are yours: NZD with GST, EUR with VAT, USD with none.

An agent that can't make things up

It never invents an amount, a rate or a date; it asks you. Everything it does lands in an audit trail you can read, refusals included.

Chase what's overdue, in your voice

When an invoice runs late, your agent drafts a friendly reminder with the invoice's own number and amount, never a fee nobody agreed. You send it from your own mail and mark it sent; the next one waits at least a week.

A preliminary profit and loss and balance sheet whenever you ask, for you and your accountant before the close. Marked preliminary, with what it leaves out said plainly.

Who owes what, honestly

Payments are recorded as they arrive. Money not yet matched to an invoice is a visible state, never silently matched. Outstanding shows the truth, oldest first.
